The story so far...

Sum was created by Executive Coach, Leadership and DEI Consultant, Suzi Read. Over her 25 year career - while building global Learning, Talent and DE&I teams - she has regularly found the need to engage with external coaches and consultants. Throughout these partnerships she recognised a gap for a different kind of strategic-thinking consultancy that brought together the latest approaches with pragmatic, real-life leadership experience to co-create solutions that are not only a perfect fit to your current world but are also integrated and sustainable. Suzi will own your project and, if the project delivery requires it. involve very carefully selected associate experts who share the Sum values and methodology. Whether working with you, your team or your organisation, the Sum methodology understands that to build lasting change ALL the pieces need to be considered, understood and pulling in the right direction! 

 

Suzi spent her early career in B2C and B2B regulated sales within the financial services industry until she realised that her passion for developing people, her idealist nature and strategic mind meant she was destined for a career effecting change. She took the leap (a few rungs down the ladder and much to the disdain and disbelief of her commercial colleagues!?) to follow her purpose. She had to very quickly find her feet, supporting banking teams through change during the turbulent times leading up to the Banking Crisis and Great Recession, and soon rose into global senior leadership roles - she knew that she was 'home'.

 

Suzi has been Coaching for over 18 years and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also an NLP Practitioner and holds accreditations in various psychometric tools to assist in building self-awareness and meaning with her clients. Her natural and informal coaching style integrates psychology, NLP, Neuroscience and Vertical Development methodology, and brings a strategic edge to Executive and Senior Leadership coaching.

 

During her leadership journey she has developed and delivered highly successful Leadership, Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies, frameworks, programmes and workshops. She has also delivered large scale global  transformation in the Organisation Design & Development space and designed scalable Learning, Talent and DE&I capabilities across various industries and various sized businesses from start-ups to larger organisations.

Over the years she has honed her authentic and inclusive leadership style and realised that thriving, inclusive and equitable organisations are built on extraordinary leadership that delivers 3 things for it's people...
